Using TrustFix

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and be at least 18 years old. Homeowners may post legitimate small-repair projects. Handymen may respond only for work they are qualified and legally permitted to perform.

Independent service providers

Handymen are independent providers, not employees or agents of TrustFix. Homeowners and handymen are responsible for agreeing on scope, price, materials, scheduling, permits, licensing, insurance, and payment directly with one another.

Membership billing

Approved handyman memberships cost $29 per month and renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes membership payments. Members may cancel at any time; access continues according to the billing status and period shown in the account dashboard.

Screening and Trust Scores

Approval and Trust Scores are informational tools based on information available to TrustFix, such as interviews, references, work history, profile information, reviews, and platform activity. They are not a guarantee of identity, licensing, insurance, safety, workmanship, or future conduct.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, or illegal activity
• False credentials, reviews, job details, or identity information
• Sharing dangerous content or attempting to bypass platform security
• Using TrustFix for emergency, hazardous, or regulated work beyond a provider’s qualifications

Disputes and responsibility

Users are responsible for their agreements and interactions. TrustFix may review reports, suspend accounts, remove content, or close jobs, but is not responsible for losses arising from a user’s work, conduct, property damage, injury, missed appointments, or payment disputes to the extent permitted by law.
